based on your welding experience and the material properties you want to weld in.<\/p><p>Under controlled and monitored conditions, weld samples are produced from the preliminary WPS.  <\/p><p>The samples undergo destructive and non-destructive tests. Based on the test result, the quality of the weld is assessed. <\/p><p>If the test result is positive, an accredited WPQR can be prepared containing information that defines the weld. The information will include the welding process, base material and filler material, welding parameters such as welding speed, amperage, voltage, etc. as well as any requirements for preheating and
