Independent control of the execution of load-bearing structures must be documented in accordance with DS1140 Annex B.

With flexible and intuitive general control software, you can secure documentation with just a few clicks. The software can also be accessed on a smartphone or tablet.

Requirements for control

The independent inspector can create inspection plans in the software and designate inspection points on drawings for the project, allowing co-inspectors on site to secure documentation from tablet or smartphone. The independent auditor can then review the documentation and secure the audit result for the independent audit according to DS 1140.

Independent control

In theindependent control module, you control all documentation and have a full overview of the status of your projects. The system is user-friendly as you can create your own templates or choose to use or adapt existing templates. The system allows you to create, check and approve inspection plans and reports for each project. It is possible to add isometrics, drawings or images so that the independent inspector can mark where images were taken. Furthermore, there is quality assurance to minimize the risk of typing errors. The system is 100% flexible, allowing you to edit, add and remove columns and rows or customize the content as you prefer.

Registration of independent control

In the“Independent control registration” module you can access all independent control projects from your PC, tablet or smartphone. You can register on isometrics or drawing where you take your image documentation or make your registrations. Under each control point, you can insert images and rearrange the order of the images. You can record or write the check result. Your documentation is collected in the inspection report, which can then be printed and submitted as finished documentation.

A5

In the A5 module, you can collect attachments for the final documentation of your project. The system creates a table of contents based on your choice of attachments. You can then change the order of the attachments and add and edit them. Finally, you can print and send the finished documentation. Under the checkpoints, you can insert images or enter text as documentation for your check. Your documentation is collected in the inspection report, which can then be printed from the“independent inspection” module.
