Documentation requirements

The requirement for documentation depends on your management system and can for example include calibration equipment and measuring tools, machinery and equipment, supplier assessments, documents and deviation management.

Software

Advisio has developed a quality module that includes management of the most common documentation requirements.

The system can be accessed via tablet or smartphone.

Deviation handling

In “Create deviation”, the deviation or incident is registered and documented via tablet or smartphone. The deviation is assigned a unique number and sent into the system with a notification email to the nearest department manager.

The module is set up with a choice of deviation category, department and other fields of your choice.

Deviation processing takes place under the module: “Deviation processing”, where the deviation is visible to the deviation manager and administrator. During registration, the registrant can send a copy to their own email.

As soon as a deviation is created, it becomes available for processing by the right person. The processing is systematized in points, under which the relevant choices are made to ensure that everything is done satisfactorily and there is the necessary traceability.

By default, the module is set up in 5 main points from known quality theory: “Corrective action, Cause determination, Corrective action, Evaluation and final approval. Under:” Corrective action, the person responsible for the deviation processing creates the specific actions to be performed and assigns them to relevant employees who are notified by email. The setup is customizable in both main points and data fields, as you can add your own fields and make field type selections.

Measuring tools, Machinery and equipment

Under “Machine list & maintenance” you get a full overview of which machines and other equipment are available and notification of the next service check with optional reminder intervals. Images, relevant info, manuals, guides and service reports can be attached.

Equipment maintenance is selected to follow the schedule that suits you best. For example, annually, quarterly or exactly the number of days you want. Immediate maintenance is highlighted in the table and, if desired, you are automatically reminded by email.

In “Measurement Tools” you get an overview of your measurement tools and traceability to calibration certificates. The module provides the same benefits as: “Machine list and maintenance” and ensures continuous calibration according to your choice of calibration interval.

Supplier rating

Under “Supplier management” you can easily access relevant information about your suppliers.

You can manage recurring supplier ratings or evaluations via the module and can choose to receive notification emails.
